    Bob joined Volac Inc. in 2021 as the North America Business Manager when Volac acquired Micron Bio-Systems. At Micron, Bob was the General Manager and had been with the company since 1999. He is now responsible for managing the sales activities of the Volac Animal Nutrition Group in the US.

    Bob's experience in the ag business spans over 35 years. He worked previously for Agway, Inc. in the Northeast and with Rockingham Cooperative in Virginia. He graduated from Penn State University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Ag Business Management.

    Bryan joined Volac in February 2022 as the Technical Business Manager in North America. In this role he provides sales support to our area managers as well as providing a technical resource to the company in general.

    Bryan brings with him 35 years of work in the commercial feed industry, most of it in the development and marketing of feed additives. Although he has worked with multiple species, he has used his background as a ruminant nutritionist for the development and marketing of rumen bypass nutrients and is the inventor of record on several US patents. Bryan has previously managed a microbial division of a US feed additives company as well as provided technical services in the use of mycotoxin mitigation products and phytogenic feed additives.

    In Bryan's personal life he is also involved with animal activities as a breeder of Thoroughbred and Oldenburg horses as well as being an active exhibitor of purebred dogs.

    Marketing Service Provider to Volac Wilmar Feed Ingredients and Business Unit Manager for Dry Palm Fats USA & South America. Shane joined Volac in 2020 focused on VWFI Feed Fats for the USA and South America as well as Forage Inoculants for the South American market.

    Prior to joining Volac 2020 Shane was an independent consultant working in Feed Ingredients like fishmeal and fish oil as well as developing specialty products and fertilizers for ag production.

    Throughout Shane's career he was focused on international trading with Omega Protein, Inc and Con Agra Foods working in all aspects of animal and crop production. This included a 6 year stint living in Mexico as General Director of United Ag Products', a Con Agra Company, distribution business UAP Mexico S.A de C.V. and president of Mid Valley Chemicals in Texas.

    Shane graduated from Texas A & M University in College Station, TX with a degree in Animal and Range Science and a minor in Ag Business.

    Born and raised on a dairy farm, Ben's love for animals and the land was evident from a young age. His parents instilled in him the values of hard work, responsibility, and stewardship, setting the stage for his future in the dairy industry.

    Driven by his enthusiasm for agriculture, Ben pursued a degree in Animal Science. His education provided a strong foundation in the science and business aspects of dairy farming, preparing him for the challenges and opportunities that lay ahead.

    After completing his education, Ben returned to the family farm and founded with Hepton Livestock. Together, they worked tirelessly to modernize operations while preserving the farm's traditional values.

    Ben's dedication extended beyond his farm's boundaries. He actively engaged with the local community, hosting educational tours and workshops for aspiring farmers. His efforts helped bridge the gap between consumers and dairy producers, fostering understanding and appreciation for dairy farming.

    As the farm flourished, Ben expanded his development line to on understanding formulation and dairy feed rations.

They sold their farm in 2000 moving to the Baraboo, WI area. Jim sold passenger and agricultural tires for Progressive Tire Co. and joined Micron Bio Systems in 2006 as the Upper Midwest Regional Sales Manager relocating back to the Chippewa Falls WI area in 2018. When Volac Inc acquired Micron Bio Systems in 2021 Jim officially became an employee of Volac Int.

    Stuart's prior experience includes byproduct and commodity sales and a decade of food manufacturing experience in quality assurance and specification compliance roles. He graduated from Berry College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science and Business.

He attended Black Hawk East and Oklahoma State University where he obtained degrees in Animal Science and was a member of the 2017 National Champion Livestock Judging Team. Growing up in the agricultural community he knew he wanted to pursue a career in agriculture so that he could continue to make a difference for farmers and ranchers.
