    Bryan joined Volac in February 2022 as the Technical Business Manager in North America. In this role he provides sales support to our area managers as well as providing a technical resource to the company in general.

    Bryan brings with him 35 years of work in the commercial feed industry, most of it in the development and marketing of feed additives. Although he has worked with multiple species, he has used his background as a ruminant nutritionist for the development and marketing of rumen bypass nutrients and is the inventor of record on several US patents. Bryan has previously managed a microbial division of a US feed additives company as well as provided technical services in the use of mycotoxin mitigation products and phytogenic feed additives.

    In Bryan's personal life he is also involved with animal activities as a breeder of Thoroughbred and Oldenburg horses as well as being an active exhibitor of purebred dogs.

    Marketing Service Provider to Volac Wilmar Feed Ingredients and Business Unit Manager for Dry Palm Fats USA & South America. Shane joined Volac in 2020 focused on VWFI Feed Fats for the USA and South America as well as Forage Inoculants for the South American market.

    Prior to joining Volac 2020 Shane was an independent consultant working in Feed Ingredients like fishmeal and fish oil as well as developing specialty products and fertilizers for ag production.

    Throughout Shane's career he was focused on international trading with Omega Protein, Inc and Con Agra Foods working in all aspects of animal and crop production. This included a 6 year stint living in Mexico as General Director of United Ag Products', a Con Agra Company, distribution business UAP Mexico S.A de C.V. and president of Mid Valley Chemicals in Texas.

    Shane graduated from Texas A & M University in College Station, TX with a degree in Animal and Range Science and a minor in Ag Business.

    Jim and his wife Renee owned and operated a dairy farm and construction business on the side, in Northwest Wisconsin for 24 plus years. They sold their farm in 2000 moving to the Baraboo, WI area. Jim sold passenger and agricultural tires for Progressive Tire Co. and joined Micron Bio Systems in 2006 as the Upper Midwest Regional Sales Manager relocating back to the Chippewa Falls WI area in 2018. When Volac Inc acquired Micron Bio Systems in 2021 Jim officially became an employee of Volac Int.

    Stuart joined Volac as part of the 2021 acquisition of Micron Bio-Systems as an Account Manager on the Sales Team since 2012, as well as prior service with the company from 2002 to 2007. He works with distributors and farmers across 22 states assisting them in finding solutions to their forage preservation, feed quality and animal health needs and challenges.

    Stuart's prior experience includes byproduct and commodity sales and a decade of food manufacturing experience in quality assurance and specification compliance roles. He graduated from Berry College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science and Business.

    Haley Huffard

    Raised on a 4th generation dairy farm in Southwest Virginia, Haley brings a deep appreciation for dairy farming as well as a commitment to supporting producers in achieving their goals. ​

    Haley joined the team in 2024 as a Key Account Manager, where she works alongside customers across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic.

    Prior to joining Volac, Haley spent five years working in the calf nutrition business, partnering with producers nationwide to improve calf health and performance by providing tailored nutrition and management solutions. ​

    Haley earned both a B.S. in Food Science & Technology and M.S. in Dairy Science from Virginia Tech, where her graduate research investigated the relationships between dam and calf microbiomes, with the goal of understanding how microbial communities shape the health, growth, and lifelong performance of dairy calves.

    Lucas Krueger

    Lucas joined Volac in April 2026 as Technical Services Manager for the United States. His efforts are aimed at advancing technical developments for the company and serving as a resource to the US team. ​

    Lucas has served as a dairy nutritionist in multiple capacities, always in acts of service. He formerly worked as a research nutritionist and then managed the research & development team for a livestock nutritional products company. He has contributed to and led nutritional concept development, probiotic discovery, and in-feed application, and is named as an inventor on 5 US patents. Prior to joining Volac, Lucas consulted directly for dairy producers as an independent nutritionist in the central US. ​

    At home, Lucas and his wife are raising their children on a small Iowa farmstead and are active volunteers in their church, to build the same values of service and contribution in their family and community.

    Andrew studied Agriculture at Newcastle University, before completing an MBA at Bath University. Having worked for Promar International for 15 years as a consultant, the last 3 years managing the business. He has been involved with a diverse range of client work including working with individual farms to grow and support performance, to supply chain initiatives such as helping to establish the Tesco dairy cost of production initiative.​

    Following a period working from Shanghai, helping to develop a strategic plan for Asia, for the last 12 years Andrew has led Genus's work in the bovine sector across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He has led a team helping to bring together cutting-edge science with the wants and needs of dairy and beef producers across the region. With a relentless focus on customer and needs and delivering results for all, Andrew is passionate about driving on farm performance and sustainability, achieved by developing people and teams.
