Renewal of our ISO 17025 for the next 4 years
We are delighted to announce that following a successful audit earlier in the year, the ISO 17025 accreditation for our Mycocheck service has been renewed for a further 4 years.
What is Mycocheck? Mycocheck is a specialist laboratory service that measures mycotoxin levels in animal feeds. Mycocheck is specifically designed for the feed industry.
Why is it important? Mycotoxins are a farm to fork issue, threatening livestock health, compromising growth, fertility, disease immunity and overall performance. Detecting and managing the risk of mycotoxins to livestock is a vital component of strong agricultural production.
What does the accreditation mean? Accreditation is important as it demonstrates technical competence in testing for mycotoxins, provides confidence to customers, and shows impartiality in the results.
Who are the team? Rob Furmage, supported by Hsueh-lui Ho, Angelika Borkowska, and Lynn Hathaway.
